Salix Living are delighted to announce that we have recently signed up our first landlord within the Wigan borough of Greater Manchester. Our range of services were recommended following the ending of the landlord’s previous contract with a local letting agent.
Jonathan Drake, Service Director for Salix Living said: “It is fantastic for us to begin working with our first landlord in Wigan. Since we started operating in Salford in 2013 we now work with over 80 private landlords across Salford, Trafford, Manchester and now Wigan, enabling us to provide homes for hundreds of people with a housing need. We will continue to work to unlock affordable living for tenants across Greater Manchester.
We are currently in negotiations with other landlords within the borough of Wigan regarding the potential management of their properties and I hope to make further announcements in the coming weeks.”
