Visitors to the website are now able to register their interest for the first six homes, with a further 34 properties available to purchase next year. These properties are part of our redevelopment of the Beechfarm Estate, also known as Poets estate, with additional properties available for rent. The development name was selected due to the names of the surrounding streets, which are named after famous Poets including Shakespeare and Wordsworth.
The microsite features the layout of the development, a detailed specification of the available properties, a gallery of example images and a wealth of local area information to help you learn a little more about Swinton and the surrounding area.
The attractive two and three bedroom semi-detached homes have been stylishly designed and feature integrated appliances in the kitchen, Porcelanosa tilling in the bathrooms plus off-street parking, turfed garden areas and a timber garden shed.
Swinton is an area known for its strong sense of community and benefits from fantastic transport links, with two local train stations, motorway junctions nearby and is situated just five miles from Manchester city centre with its wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and amenities. Poets is located close to several highly regarded local schools and plenty of local shops and facilities.
Jonathan Drake, the Service Director of Salix Living said: “I’m delighted to see the microsite for our new Poets development go live. It’s an exciting time for us, with our first properties for sale becoming available in the very near future and I’m delighted with the look of the new microsite. We’ve already seen a high level of enquiries for the properties and look forward to helping local people step on to the property ladder.”
