In our Property Management service, Salix Living will take responsibility for managing your property throughout the entire tenancy, for a small monthly fee. This option is popular with landlords who do not have the time to dedicate to managing their properties themselves.
Our most popular service is Private Sector Leasing, with the majority of our clients choosing this option. This includes full property management and tenancy management services after the arranging of a full lease agreement for your property for a duration of three to five years, with a monthly rental income guaranteed to you throughout the entire term of the lease whether the property is inhabited or not.
