We realise that for landlords, everyone’s needs are different and that one standard offer does not suit all. So, whether you are looking to let a single property or have a large portfolio across the region, we offer 3 levels of service to cater for all requirements. We can also talk to you about personalised bespoke models if none of the 3 are exactly suitable for your needs.

For those landlords who are happy to manage the tenancy on their own, we offer a Lettings Only service for a small, one off fee and will find a good, reliable tenant for your property from our waiting list and arrange the tenancy agreement for you, before passing management responsibility back to you.

In our Property Management service, Salix Living will take responsibility for managing your property throughout the entire tenancy, for a small monthly fee. This option is popular with landlords who do not have the time to dedicate to managing their properties themselves.

Our most popular service is Private Sector Leasing, with the majority of our clients choosing this option. This includes full property management and tenancy management services after the arranging of a full lease agreement for your property for a duration of three to five years, with a monthly rental income guaranteed to you throughout the entire term of the lease whether the property is inhabited or not.
