What is included?
The Lettings Only package is our tenant finding service and is ideal for landlords who want to manage a tenancy on their own, but would like to make use of our marketing resources to help find a good, reliable tenant for their property in Greater Manchester. This scheme is popular with experienced landlords who are comfortable in liaising with tenants directly during the duration of the tenancy.
For a one-off fixed fee of £300 + VAT, Salix Living guarantee that your property will be advertised on our website and UK national property portals, promoted through multiple posts on our Facebook and Twitter social media pages and displayed in an eye-catching window display at our head office. In addition, we will advertise your property to our vast database of tenants who are currently on our waiting list and looking for a place to live in Manchester, Salford and Trafford.
We understand the importance of ensuring the right tenant is selected for your property. For this reason, as part of every tenant application we will conduct in-depth referencing on all potential tenants. This includes a thorough credit check and the requirement of satisfactory references from employers and previous landlords, and we also check any benefit entitlement and help the tenant set up their claim so the rent can be paid and maintained. This is done to ensure that we are providing suitable and reliable tenants for each and every property.
Once a tenant has been selected, we will then arrange the tenancy agreement for you, register tenants for utilities and council tax and then pass the management responsibility back to you.
